IMPORTANT: Items returned without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense
Please follow these four simple steps to return a product that you have purchased from RC Envy:
If you ordered the wrong item or you no longer want your item, you can return new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded. If your item was purchased using the FREE SHIPPING service, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Products that have been opened, assembled, or used in any way cannot be returned. Clearance Items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. If you are returning an item that you no longer want, warranty, etc, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You can obtain an RMA number by going to our "Returns" Section. To submit an RMA request:
Once we receive your request, a customer service representative will review your return request and, if the return is authorized, will issue you an RMA number.
Once you have your RMA number, pack the merchandise you are returning in an appropriate shipping container to prevent damage. You must include ALL the packaging which came with your original order. If possible, reuse the shipping container we originally sent to you. Ship your package using a "trackable" shipping carrier like Canada Post / USPS, UPS or Fedex. If the product is being shipping from outside Canada, make sure you select a $0.00 value on the customs form and state it is a "Returned Product". If we recieve the item and there are customs charges, taxed, or shipping cost we incur, we will deduct these from the refund. RC Envy is not responsible for lost or damaged packages sent by customers.
IMPORTANT- Clearly write your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the outside of your package or on a piece of paper inside your box.

Once we receive your package we will inspect the returned product(s) to ensure they are in new condition. If the returned product(s) are in new condition we will issue you a refund or replacement. If the product(s) are received damaged or used, your return will be denied and a customer service team member will contact you to arrange to have the product(s) sent back to you (at your expense).
Please note that the entire return process usually takes two to three weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
